*For ARCS workshops, 50% of the cost will be met by ARCS or by a combination of ARCS/ANDS or ARCS/AAF. Delegates will only need to pay 50% of the normal workshop rates for these workshops.
Conference registration rates do not include accommodation, breakfast or workshops.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing. A full refund will be given if notified prior to Friday 23 October 2009. An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 24 October – 6 November 2009. The full registration fee will be charged for all delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 6 November 2009. Of course you may send a substitute.
