Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing. A full refund will be given if notified prior to Friday 22 October 2010. An administration fee of $160 will be charged if the cancellation occurs in the two weeks 23 October – 5 November 2009. The full registration fee will be charged for all delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to 5 November 2010. Of course you may send a substitute.
