This forum, conducted by the Australian Academy of the Humanities, investigates how humanities researchers conduct their research, what technologies they use, and what they would like to use. All humanities researchers are welcome to participate in the forum, and to share their views, experiences and opinions on these issues. The forum is phase 2 of a larger Academy study on research methods and the use of technology in humanities research. Phase 1 is an online survey open to humanities researchers. The forum expands on the findings of the survey. Humanities researchers who have not yet completed the survey and who wish to do so can access it at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=11373490211. The survey is open until 9th May 2007.
This is a related event to the eResearch Australasia conference. For further details or to register for the forum please contact Sarah Howard at the Academy of the Humanities. Email: sarah.howard@humanities.org.au. Phone: 02 6125 1058.
