Abstract

This would summarise IBM's engagements in globally relevant projects (we would include SKA in this) and the trend to collaborate to enable these projects to be succesful. We would discuss the natural evolution of these engagements and how they have lead to long term mutually beneficial partnerships that have enabled breakthrough Science to be achieved. We would also touch on IBM Research recently announced "Collaboratories" Strategy.
