Your accommodation can be selected as part of your conference registration process, which will be available at the end of June 2008. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Accommodation costs are not included in your registration fees.

Whilst the conference organisers will make the booking on your behalf, delegates are required to settle their own account upon departure.

A deposit of one’s night’s accommodation is required to secure bookings at the hotel and hotel deposits may not be refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days or less from the date of arrival. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival and for ‘no shows’ a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation may apply.
